Private Lessons
One-on-one private lessons begin with a complete mobility and musculoskeletal evaluation. Penny then designs a graduated movement program to address each persons specific needs and goals, such as improved:   
  • stamina   
  • walking   
  • stair climbing   
  • getting up from a chair or from the floor

  • Price: $75/hour  


    Classes
    Classes of 4-5 participants sign up for 6-week series addressing improving movement repertoire and general ease of movement. We typically start lying on mats and performing simple, fluid whole-body movements. By the end of the hour, we build up to more complex movement patterns and have been in several positions - maybe sidelying, standing, or kneeling.
    Price: $25/hour
    Consultations to groups and organizations
    Places of work or community organizations consult with Penny to develop a movement program within their facility.
    Price: $100/hour

    Penny also teaches courses through OLLIE at the College of Extended Learning at
    San Francisco State University.
